Aus Limo is a ground transportation service operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use auslimo.com or book a ride, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details needed to provide the ride: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight or cruise details you choose to share, and passenger counts. If you add special requirements such as child seats, we store those too.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Full card numbers never touch our servers.

We also collect standard technical data when you browse the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used in aggregate to keep the site working well.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide quotes, confirm and operate your booking, send you driver and vehicle details before pickup, track your flight so we can adjust pickup times, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations as a Florida business.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the business (payment processing, SMS and email delivery, flight data) and where the law requires it.

Data retention and security

Booking records are retained as long as needed for operational, tax and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. Australian residents: nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Privacy Principles for services marketed to you in Australia.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality, such as remembering an in-progress booking. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
